Have been extremely happy with the Dr.Malek, his staff and everyone there being caring, professional and so nice ….
I thought I would wait until the holidays passed to give the office a chance to follow up with me after leaving a messge requesting a supervisor or manager call me back. But here we are, 1/7/2026 and so no call back. I've rated the office a 2 and not a 1 because the front office staff is always welcoming and my visit with the doctor was okay. Dr. Padin was very attentive and respectful towards my needs. She took her time and helped me to the best of her ability. The only complaint I have is the office doesn't bill your insurance and you have to sort it out yourself.
