Outstanding experience. From the day I made the appointment to walking into the office. Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming. Staff and Dr. Malek were wonderful every step of the way, they helped me with all my concerns. They Wasted no time they took care of my issues. Everyone at Novant in the office and the hospital were incredibly friendly and caring, they kept me informed from the minute I walked into their facility.
