This was my first visit to the facility, and I had a very positive experience. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, and I thoroughly appreciated my initial session with PT, Landon Ward. The visit was not rushed, and I valued the time taken to establish rapport, discuss treatment options, and ensure that my concerns were heard and respected. I look forward to my upcoming visits.

My experience was beyond my expectations. I had hand surgery and thru proper care from my OT specialist, Summer, my hand is doing great following specific movements and exercises. Some things seem simple but they are not and trusting Novant I’m confident with my full recovery!

I didn't know what to expect about physical therapy after my total knee replacement but I have to say that after 8 weeks with physical therapists Alissa Foote and Joe Overly I have to say that I am really impressed with what they helped me achieve. They motivated me to do what had to be done to recover faster than I thought was possible. Their personality and professionalism was key to my recovery.

Charge you hundreds for the privilege of doing some basic exercises you could have easily looked up on YouTube, then constantly cancel and reschedule you. I had one good therapist while I was there but she was replacing the one that was unavailable. Claims to be about sports rehabilitation which is what I was there for but obviously focused on older clients with hip and back issues, so their branding is completely off. It’s just any old outpatient PT center they can charge a bit more for because they put sports in the name.
