This office is top tier!! From the smiles at the front desk especially Stephen (an angel ☺️)😀 and Kayla 😄 I mean the best of the best!! The overall staff gets 20 across the board!!! I would walk a thousand miles to be seen at South End!!
I've been seeing Dr Lai for a few months and have been extremely impressed with his care and also the office!
Transactional and rude. I don’t recommend Dr Lai.
I was charged a fee for my physical this year. When I asked why I was being charged for a physical (when it should be fully covered), I was informed "currently being monitored for a diagnosis" incurs a charge and they referenced my Vitamin D deficiency. I have had a Vitamin D deficiency since I was 15 years old so every year my doctor asks if I'm still taking a Vitamin D pill. I have NEVER by an prior provider been charged a fee for this. This deficiency will never go away, so Novant is essentially saying they will charge me... read more
