This review is not for the providers. The nurse and Dr. Hahn were great, but if I had read the reviews beforehand, I would have chosen another location. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience to what others have mentioned about the front desk staff. The woman at the desk didn’t greet me and was short and curt with her questions. I can’t rate this place lower than a 1 or I would. New patients have a 3 month wait so I booked 3 months out to December 31. The day of my appointment I got a call from an unknown number 2 hours before my appointment that did not leave a message. When I arrived I was told that the tech took the day off and I got a message stating that. I showed my phone to the receptionist that there was no message. My review is not for the providers. The front office girl was extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional. At one point she was slamming drawers and talking under her breath after she checked me in. For someone to behave in this manner only tells me that this is allow by management. I also was prescribed a sleep pap machine, and it's been a month and haven't hear from no one. I called today and was given a company name that suppositively had my prescription. This practice is more than deficient it seems borderline incompetent. It took me 7 months to get an appointment then two and a half months to get the results. And the day before my results appointment they called to cancel because they haven't had time to read the sleep study. They told me to speak to a manager and I've called two different times for a manager and she's never there. I would not recommend this practice unless you have a year to wait around on them.
