This is not a review of any of the Doctors at this office. But perhaps they might want to instruct their staff that a person who calls about problems with his or her sleep apnea might just be a cry for help. If that person who took my call could only experience what apnea is like she would have treated me with more respect, rather than refer me to my C PAP supplier. Communication with this Organization is extremely deficient. Practically inaudible telephone conversations. 'Phone attendants leave an impression of being not well trained and very slow in performing check-in information.. Desk reception I encountered was not very courteous and seemed not to have much interest in customers'/patients' concerns. My husband showed up for his appointment today. They had no record of the appointment and the receptionist refused to make a future appointment. He is now looking for a new doctor.

To start the first appointment I had here everything was good. The doctor wanted to a sleep study, so they sent in the referral to my insurance and had the appointment within 3 weeks. I had chose to pick up the equipment at the location closest to me. The day I picked up the equipment, I had went in to MyChart and noticed that I had an appointment scheduled with the doctor but no one from the office had called to schedule it, it was just there….. Would not recommend this facility. After several visits and expensive copays, the doctor said she was ordering a CPAP device for me. After waiting 2 years, I never received the device. When I called to check on the status of the device, the receptionist stated I would have to come back in for ANOTHER follow up visit because it had been so long since my last visit. I would also have to pay ANOTHER copay and she was rude over the phone. NO THANKS. If I have to pay for another visit, it will be somewhere else. GOOD LUCK if you ... read more
