BEWARE OF DISMISSAL FROM DR. BETHANY SOUTH!!! I was a patient of Dr. South for years & was unfairly dismissed from Rowan Family Physicians for sharing a written concern with her. I was always respectful, always paid my bills & always showed up for my appointments. I never did anything that would warrant a dismissal from the practice. RecommendedThank you to Dr. Jennifer Alderman and her staff. I could barely walk yesterday, due to issues with my back and they went way beyond the call helping me to my car (during a rain storm), after making sure I was comfortable during my appointment.
Friendly atmosphere and great service
Saturday morning, called hoping I would be able to see one of the doctors. Dr. Little and staff stayed open past closing time until I was able to arrive. With all the negatives occuring with healthcare we are fortunate to have "an old school" family physicians center that truly cares about patients.
