Can you say...... RUDE. RUDE. RUDE!!!! Worst experience ever!!! This was our first experience and it will be our LAST!!!!
Arrived at 8:00am and was told my wife’s procedure would be fast and to wait in the car. Waited for three hours and they hadn’t even started the procedure. Ended up picking her up nearly six hours later. It is not reasonable to request family members wait in their vehicles for six hours. Really inconsiderate
RecommendedDr. Roy is the best neurosurgeon around. He's operated on me 3 different times, for 3 different problems, and definitely helped me with all my spinal stenosis issues.
On June 27, 2019 I had my 5th total hip. I was in some pain but after DR. James Fraser did my surgery, the leg that I had hip surgery on was now almost 2'' longer than it was before. I'm in more pain now than before surgery. I have back pain, now walk with limp and have very bad depression. For the first time in my life I feel like I'm handicapped. I went back to Dr Fraser 4-5 times in about 3 months. He just told it takes time. Now it's been over a year and II can't work. I have so much pain it's crazy. If you like more inf... read more

Usually good service with the front desk staff; this time Kristine W was making an extremely easy question very difficult. I’ve been going here for about two years; she treated me as if I couldn’t comprehend what she was saying or as if it was my first visit. It was draining and unnecessary! I was in a great mood when arrived but she quickly changed that. Please do better!

From the moment I entered the building I was under duress, the entire Novant team were not only professional but just a machine - in diagnosing, communicating to me what was happening and then moving swiftly to fix the issue. The staff's handling of me before, during and after of my procedure was amazing. These folks actually saved my life and I want to thank the entire staff for excellent job.
