NH/EXOS knows how to get you into great shape! Their comprehensive adult training program is focused on both establishing healthier dietary habits & offering a wide variety of workouts. Trainers focused on optimizing form and techniques. They make appropriate adjustments for people recovering from or with injury and offer progressions for all skill/experience levels. Their coaches are excellent and promote an positive team oriented atmosphere!
The staff is super welcoming, attentive and motivating. The facility is first class and the workouts seem to be well thought out in design and purpose.

If you want a workout that includes injury prevention, flexibility, strength and cardio all wrapped into one, this is your place. Bill Hughan and his staff are motivating, professional and knowledgeable. The facility is state of the art, always kept sparkling clean and you are left wanting to come back for more. Can't recommend EXOS in Huntersville enough. Highly recommend for all ages and abilities!
