I literally have been seeing the same doctor for 4 years and in spite of the reviews things were fine until the last year. I messaged my doctor on MyChart, which seems to be the only way I can get a hold of someone to make an appointment, my messages went unanswered for months. So I decided I would just wait this last time, since I wasn’t in a rush, and she’s usually booked out a good bit anyway, and it wasn’t urgent. There has been nothing but incompetence from this office since day one. And this is a BH practice where you are supposed to turn for help. From the front desk is nice but not helpful. The provider Shannan Fowler is unprofessional and not helpful to your care as an individual at all. If you are reading these reviews please take heed and and research a different provider office. Just trying to save you a headache.
From the moment I had my first appointment at this practice, it was obvious to me the staff couldn’t care less about their patients. I had my new patient visit with Dr. Shannon Fowler who helped me get back on my medication. I tried to look past her cold demeanor, but she has poor bedside manner. I started back on my meds and was never contacted for the expected 8-12 week follow up. I didn’t need to make an appointment because I had plenty of refills to last me.
