Staff was incredibly rude to my family member on the VERY first phone call. It was very upsetting to him. To the point we cancelled the appointment. How is talking down to a new patient a healthy environment for those with mental health issues.
Need psychiatric and mental health. There are no doctors only counselors. Not what I needed
I went there to inquire about treatment and the staff was completely unprofessional
I was extremely disappointed with my appointment with the PA yesterday. She was no help to me whatsoever. I left there feeling worse than when I went in.
