Plenty of parking, helpful staff, quick and efficient visit
I’ve had an excellent experience with Novant Health South End Primary Care and Dr. Patel’s team. Dr. Patel is thorough, attentive, and easy to talk with, and I’ve been very pleased with the care I’ve received. Most recently, there were some complicated issues involving insurance coverage and getting a couple of prescriptions filled.
