The service I received was fine. That's not what the negative review is about. It's that when I made an appointment for establishing primary care I was led to believe that it would be covered by insurance as annual wellness checks are covered 100% by my and most other insurances. However, when it was billed the first time I received a bill of over $500 for a 15-minute visit. I spent hours disputing this and was told that it was fixed.
