Unprofessional staff, trouble filing timely claims, consistently unable to follow-up on medical concerns. One time a member of the staff made fun of me for asking about a diet to avoid Diabetes. The former practice manager was rude and the PA did not take the issue seriously. Not sure why the prior medical professional left and the turnover but after a staff member can get away with be untruthful and the lack of empathy from this establishment, we can get a better experience and so should you by avoiding this place.
The service I received was fine. That's not what the negative review is about. It's that when I made an appointment for establishing primary care I was led to believe that it would be covered by insurance as annual wellness checks are covered 100% by my and most other insurances. However, when it was billed the first time I received a bill of over $500 for a 15-minute visit. I spent hours disputing this and was told that it was fixed.
