Am seriously considering finding a new PCP. These people will do anything to not help, if they can refer you to someone else, they will do it as fast as you can turn your head. It’s ridiculous. You literally go once a year for a “physical” and they do not do anything to help you regardless of what kind of issue you need. They CMA’s/CNA’s whatever they are answer messages intended for the provider and the response is always so lackadaisical and non-empathetic. Went to my doctor with concerns and they didn't do blood work that was due and was pretty much just a waste of time going up there that is 45 mins away. Staff and nurses are great tho. Will most likely be looking for other providers to go to.
Is it too much to ask that the folks at the front desk exercise common courtesies and grooming standards? That lady with the frizzy pigtails sat on my lab orders while she fussed with her phone. I fiinally got up and asked her if she was going to post them. In a barely audible voice grossed about someonenot telling her they were there on her desk!!
Just got a bill from a simple office visit that took place here on 12/3. This office has billed us the amount they need to write off plus our obligatory copay. Write offs simply are not a consumers" responsibility. Our insurances' legal dept is going to handle it from here. This is not the first time I have experienced activity like this from Novant.
