I have gone here for a number of years under Doctor Dorton's care but the customer service has never been great and I will now be finding another primary care provider with his departure. I requested a prescription refill and was denied using MyChart. I called the office to explain that I was leaving the country and needed the bp prescription (that they put me on) and was told I needed an appointment because I haven't been there in 'almost a year'. Why has this practice not hired an MD since the retirement of Dr Ford and the relocation of Dr. Dorton.
I am very disappointed with this medical practice. I was patient with Dr.Ford was amazing and cared about her patients. But I have received care at this facility, recently, felt I was moved on onto different doctors.
Less than one. I loved Dr. Dorton and had been seeing him for almost 10 years. Unfortunately, he relocated. Rather than getting to know me, I was hounded with medication abuse questions. All I needed was a refill on my medication that Dr. Dorton thought appropriate for me and this “temp” doctor who didn’t know me from Adam wanted me to take a drug test and sign a drug contract. Ridiculous.
