Their medicine is so much cheaper it's worth the 30 mile drive from my house! Their staff are very nice.
I trust Novant Health but this pharmacy is not worth the hassle. My prescription is never ready even with a 3-4 day lead time. The last time I picked up, the prescription was changed by the pharmacy and I was not made aware until I opened the bag and saw it. Worst part is no one seems to care. Use CVS pharmacy. Atleast the call you when there is a delay with refills.
I work at KMC and it is great to have your prescriptions shuttled over to the Hospital, If you cant make it there. The staff is super friendly and the medications are much cheaper
My first experience with this pharmacy was awful. They were very rude and talked to me like I was bothering them. They never displayed a bit of customer service. The pharmacist was the worst. Needless to say, I will NEVER use them again.
