Denise just is an amazing individual and showed professionalism while I was at my daughter’s appointment today. She was kindly asking another family to move to the other side of the waiting area due to my kid being sick, and the lady was very rude to Denise. I just want the staff to know Denise handled this situation the way it was supposed to be handled.
Worst Dr office ever. Waiting for an hr when I was already told they weren’t busy. Whitaker takes on too many patients doesn’t check in or let anyone know they are running behind. Worst experience, my daughter will not be back

Erin Whitaker is great and so is the majority of the staff. However, Maria is often rude and should not be handling the care and coordination of anyone’s child. So, that needs to be taken care of. The issue with the waiting times also needs to be addressed. Several have posted about this. It’s beyond ridiculous how long you have to wait to be seen.
