Service went downhill after Dr Gregory retired. Only one dr is there , you can’t get a second opinion . You can tell they are overwhelmed , they will tell you to go to urgent care instead of coming to their office when you call My child was misdiagnosed twice before changing drs . I had to push and advocate for one test , that at the end turned positive .

The provider, Rachel Hutton-Orr, we met with at this visit was not our “usual “ provider . We usually meet with Dr. Hudson. Dr. Hutton-Orr was very nice and patient but my only complaint is the efficiency. I’m unsure if she is new and still trying to figure out “Time Management” but we arrived at the appointment around 2:30 (Appointment was scheduled for 2:45). I would give a 5 stars if it wasn’t for the nurse (not very nice attitude, the one that takes the weigh and heigh, this is the second time that happens. The front desk person very nice, Dr. Erin Whitaker has been taking care of my kids for 3 years now and she is simply awesome. I recommend this place, they are always ready to help and if you need a walking appointment, they are the best in scheduling very quick.
