Novant started charging every single patient (adult and pediatric) $17, each visit, just to answer the same questions we have always... to be ready for the appointment. I'm very disappointed in this decision, system wide! How greedy!? It didn't use any resources or take staff away from their duties. It's an electronic form?? So now, I guess we just don't complete anything and verbalize your refusal. For a family of 5, we decided to switch to Atrium. It's the principal.
Our daughter has seen all the medical professionals here at least once. Love them all!
We switched from an Atrium pediatrician to this office. Emma is our son's primary care, and she is wonderful, and the staff is wonderful and have gone out of their way to make sure our child is well cared for. Our only negative experience has been with Dr. Patwardhan. I was in contact with the office and they felt I should bring my child in, but our primary was unavailable, so we saw Dr. Patwardhan. Dr pat picked at my son’s belly button and made it bleed while it was still healing from the umbilical cord. She asked me what it was… I just had to get in earlier for an appointment because Dr little wasn’t available. He’s very outgoing and knows his stuff.
