We are so thankful for Nurse Jess! Love her so much! She’s the best with my kiddos.
One of the worst pediatricians we have ever brought our children to. We saw Dr. Patel and Dr. Gaines majority of our time there. The nurses are great, but the doctors and front desk need much more training. There are so many stories I can share of the doctors falling short, misdiagnosing, unnecessary wait times, and creating unneeded additional stress. For the parents out there if any of you remember the doctor from SpongeBob this feels pretty identical to it. I hate to be this blunt, but it's just been very unfortunate the entire time. The amount of times that we would take our children here just to have them have to take them somewheres else to diagnose the same exact thing was unacceptable.
