The way I could RAVE about this office. I have three children and have never been more in love with the care that an office provides. My daughters see Dr Gaines and Dr Selden and I absolutely love them. They address my concerns and never make me feel rushed. I moved from the area and still drive an hour just to keep my daughters in their care!

Unfortunately, my experiences at this doctor’s office have been consistently disappointing. Every time I bring my child in, the environment feels disorganized and the staff comes across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Communication is poor, and I’ve repeatedly received incorrect information regarding my child’s insurance. I accompanied a patient to this office with her child. What appeared to be the manager, was speaking extremely rudely to the other employees. It made us feel uncomfortable as the atmosphere felt hostile.
