The customer service at this location was 12/10! The staff expressed great attention to detail, and were patient, informative, resourceful- to say the least. So glad that I visited this location for my health needs.
Unfortunately we have been patients of Steven Bernal for over 3 years. We decided that we did not want to give our infant the hepatitis vaccine but we were ok with all of the rest. I received a phone call about my infant not receiving it at today’s appointment where I stated she would not be receiving it, I was then notified to still come to the appointment by a women named Jessica. Dr Bernal is always excellent! We have been going to him since our daughter was born 2 years ago. She loves him and she’s usually very shy around people, but talks his head off! He is very knowledgeable and listens to all of our concerns. I would recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Bernal is great! Informative, caring, kindly and gental. Medical assistants are nice and kind. My child really likes his pediatrician!
