Dr. Menz is wonderful! He really helped my son after we had a poor experience with Atrium GI doctors in concord.
The GI (Dr.Sandburg) wouldn’t listen to anything me or my family had to say and he laughed at my suggestions as to why I was in pain and told me that there was so small of a chance of being that one thing that it was ridiculous to think that’s what it was. He was rude and condescending to me and my family, he didn’t care about me or my extreme pain and sent me out of his office with snarky follow up remarks.
My kids will never go back here. I was Highly disappointed. Now the lady at the front desk was the sweetest thing! Such a nice lady. But the Dr used bad words in front of my kids which is 9 months and a 2 year old thats learning new words everyday and we don't cuss around her. He used several cuss words during hes time talking to us. And I was very upset. I thought it was Very unprofessional and disrespectful He had no right to use that kinda language around my children.
I was referred to this office due to the fact that many other offices had a long wait for new appointments. I was very pleased by the care my son received here and was very impressed with Dr. Sandburg and his staff. We were able to get in, evaluated and scheduled upcoming procedures and appointments with ease. Dr. Sandburg has a wonderful bedside manner and my son, who was not thrilled about having to go to the appointment was excited to see him again!
