Absolutely the most unprofessional group of “medical professionals” you could meet. I wouldn’t recommend David O’toole or Stefanie to anyone that you care about. They will make up reasons as to why they will not perform your care days before your appointment. Such as lying about needing information from insurance after receiving approval and then denying it in to attempt to get you to pay for unneeded physical therapy.
