NP seemed like she really had no idea what was going on, there were 2 people in the waiting room and we waited for an hour. I was battling a PP infection and there was no urgency at all. Asked if I left my infant in the car..?? He was with my mother in law. They thought I was still pregnant. I was 10 days postpartum. Questioned bruising above my incision like I hadn’t been sliced open 10 days ago…next time I will going to just a regular urgent care or the ER. This was not a good experience.
We went here over the weekend, twice actually. Short wait and the staff were kind and compassionate. They took the time to answer all our questions, no rush. They were not busy. They did everything they could. We did not need to be seen by the ultrasound tech, so no comment on that. Thankful that this was an option.
I saw Alma Tyler. She was kind and listened. Answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or as if I was an inconvenience. I am incredibly grateful. Thank you!
Not very accommodating. My scheduled appointment that I booked almost a month ago was canceled the day of due to a doctor emergency. I rescheduled for the next day with a doctor I didn’t initially pick just for a quick appointment. I came late by 20-25 mins and was not able to be accommodated. The front desk didn’t even go back to ask the doctor if she would see me after telling her my reasons for coming late. On the morning of Feb 22, just around 9am, an employee of this location driving a Hyundai Veloster flew by me heading northeast on Eastfield / Harris Rd. She crossed the double-yellow line into oncoming traffic right around Wallace Farm.
