On the morning of Feb 22, just around 9am, an employee of this location driving a Hyundai Veloster flew by me heading northeast on Eastfield / Harris Rd. I had a bad experience getting IV fluids. Was stuck 3x completely bruised up. Called to speak to the office- as my new insurance card hasn't come in the mail yet and I did the $50 for an iv fluid visit. Was told id even though it was their fault they couldn't figure out how to start an iv- that id have to come back Saturday and pay another office visit. I truly think if its something they did- they should fix it.
I had a semi emergency situation with my IUD and came here. Didn’t realize they closed at 9pm. I called and explained my situation and that I wouldn’t be there and until 8:45, and they welcomed me with open arms. Every woman I encountered was as sweet as could be and made me feel very safe and welcomed. Got me in and out in less than 20 minutes! They are all very good people. I couldn’t recommend them more :)
Hesitant to even give 2 stars. Came here after calling my OBGYN after hours number who recommended that I came to urgent care to be seen as I had gushed some blood and it was the weekend. Came here and was immediately told they don’t have an ultrasound tech on hand, but I had drove an hour to go there so still decided to be seen regardless. Had to wait 25 mins beyond my appointment slot. What’s the point of an appointment? Check in ladies were efficient and polite. Clean facilities. Understanding and supportive clinical team. I had a fantastic MA and provider was fast and got my testing done and results back quickly. Thank you and you have a new customer/patient for the future now. :)
