My doctor at Novant is an EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL ! I give him and his staff ! However, the reception staff CONSISTENTLY VIOLATE people's personal information. They very loudly request patients names, addresses, dob, telephone numbers and patients emergency contact information. It is egregious beyond words! One patient provided his home address and the intake person asked "is that in Landfall?"
