From the first call to schedling, to the check in, being roomed by the nurse, to seeing the provider Neuroligist Whitney Pruitt, DNP, was a great experience. Everyone was kind, patient, and knowledgable. Especially Whitney. I have never had a spelicalist take the time learning all about a new patient with dementia. Go over full history, current symptoms, and testing needed. And the constant communication with the team on the patient portal is very nice. The billing department is great too.
