Had an appointment today for the first time with Samantha Branton. Completely different experience than my initial visit with Dr. Grear. Samantha walked in, said who she was and sat right down in front of the computer and briefly discussed that I was there as a follow-up for my migraines. There was no introduction or welcoming feeling at the beginning of the appointment. Had to mention Maddie, the neurology labs phlebotomist. Not only is she incredibly friendly and sweet, she’s excellent at her job. Pain-free or nearly pain-free needle pricks—and my veins can be challenging at times! A+!
