The facility does not have the necessary equipment to perform X-rays on individuals in wheelchairs. They provided the service while the patient was being supported by a family member and did not offer any protective equipment to that person.
I had an appointment for 11:45am. At 11:40 I called them to let them know I was running late and my arrival would be 12:00pm. The lady on the phone said there is a 15 minute grace period and I asked is it even worth me coming because I will be getting there right at the end of the grace period and she said yes absolutely. No lee-way or grace period for running behind but you'll end up waiting 15-20 min AFTER your appointment time to be seen anyways? Sad.
