I cannot speak highly enough about this practice. They are so thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Whether you’re calling to make an appointment or talking to a triage nurse. I have been a patient of Novant healthcare for a long time and have been with my PCP for some time now and I have never had issues until I went to the corporate park office…first thing when I walked in I wasn’t spoken to then when I was I was told to just to go to whatever window so I did and the lady wasn’t friendly she says name and date of birth she said oh your insurance needs blah blah blah…I said no it doesn’t I just went to Novant on Tuesday and my insurance is fine…well no its not, she did nothing to help me nor expl... read more
