I had the pleasure of finding a great nurse practitioner whom I didn't realize was a nurse practitioner until another team member at this facility informed me. She essentially saved my life! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. Unfortunately I arrived 10 minutes late coming from Salisbury due to this disgusting Mooresville traffic for a back to back appointment. I was scheduled for 2 ultrasounds which only take about 15-20 min each (I have had these routinely done at my previous healthcare provider). They blocked off 1:45 and 2:30- 45min for each, PLENTY enough time even being 10 min late. The front desk lady spent 15 minutes having to “ask” if I could still be seen. Every time I come here the girl at desk are always extremely rude and has no manners. There's one with glasses. She's nice and professional. Theres one who always has the mask, that's the one that seems to pick and choose who to be nice to. The NP, PAs I've seen are always great. But that front desk makes it hard to like the place.
