Doctors really care for the patients, are very professional
staff works as a team. Dr listens to u and questions on health and blood tests updated often or as requested.
They used to be good 4-5 years ago. Glad my son's pediatrician isn't there anymore. Very uncaring and rude office staff and managers.
We love going to this place. We have the best doctor and nurses.
I live in Greensboro, NC now but will continue to go to Lewisville Family Medicine due to the staff and Dr. Hess. They are so welcoming and I don't feel rushed when I go in. Dr Hess takes the time to talk to and answer any questions I have. Love them. Thank you for the continued care.
