I was charged over 140$ (code 87502) for a flu test. And 70$ something for a Covid test (code 87502). Most flu tests cost a third or less. They didn’t warn me ahead of time or anything. I was so sick and they didn’t share a thing to a mother of 3. Shame on them for not telling me the test would cost so much. It was a stretch for me to give this office of Novant even one star. This is the absolute worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Blodgett cares nothing about his patients and encourages a “no care” attitude within his staff. There was always a long wait time, when I did see him he spent the entire time on the computer and barely recognized you were in the room. Dr Blodgett and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and they truly care about your health. If you are looking for a primary doctor, look no further 5 stars only because I can’t give them 6
Dr. Blodgett listens carefully, which is the most important thing to me in a doctor. He's compassionate and encouraging. I've had to see other doctors over the years due to my condition, and Dr. Blodgett is one of the few I trust because he goes over all the options in detail and doesn't pressure. He lets me decide what is right for me. I appreciate him.
Dr. Blodgett and his staff are very professional and caring. I've been a patient for years and plan to continue my journey in the Novant system.
