I want to preface this by saying that I have two children who were delivered at different Novant facilities in this area, so I am familiar with pregnancy care and what is normal for me. I had a lab appointment recently at this Novant clinic and unfortunately it started off very poorly. When I walked in, there were several people at the front desk, apparently representing different clinics. Since I was not sure where I was supposed to be for the lab, I approached one of the front desk employees and asked her where I needed to go for a lab appointment.
