Cannot get important patient information. All one gets is a merry go round of automated phone answering systems or a clueless individual transferring you to yet another clueless individual. Nearly every call is somehow directed or redirected to a billing department. Their mychart service is pretty useless too, as there is no set time limit (maybe today…) for uploading important medical information supposed to be available to the patient in a timely manner. Absolutely terrible. Waited 5 hours to get a room, and was told we were next 4 times and they took different people back that got here after us. People at the front desk have terrible attitudes.
