Awful customer service they never answer phone calls , Lisa the Lpn very rude over the phone they don’t reply on time very negligent moving out my loved one from novant health network doctors can be good but their staff awful not recommending as simple like that
It was one of the best visits I've ever had at a medical facility! The staff is very friendly and hospitable! Dr A. is amazing and explains things on my level of understanding. I felt at ease and right at home, almost like I was in my living room.
Dr. Priest is an extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful physician. I am grateful that he is my doctor.
