I can understand policies but I'm really in need of a doctor right now and last year when I got laid off I apparently had an appointment here. Because I didn't show, they will not accept me. I've offered to pay what that appointment would have cost but they still will not take me. I'm really sorry but again, I'd just lost my job of 12 years and had a lot on my mind. I wish that you could be more tolerant.

RecommendedCame here after a horrible experience at Baptist and the experience was completely opposite. I walked right in and was in a room talking to a doctor within 15 minutes. I was in the CT Scanner within 45 minutes. Everyone was kind and easy to talk to. The big hospitals get all the attention but don't overlook these smaller hospitals.

RecommendedOmg yall best experience getting my annual mammmogram today. Yes i said that. Lol.. Making the appt was so easy. I literally made appt online so easily and quick appt times available . Novant you are amazing!!! Greeted by nicest screener who rotated clients so all social distanced ..the tech that performed my mammogram was so nice as well.. RecommendedWaiting room time is maybe 10 minutes at the very most! Everyone, Dr. Nelson, nurses, office people, and financial who can get you hooked up to grant programs to pay for what ins doesn’t cover all show how much they care about my eyes! I have complex PTSD and they work with me and help me feel really safe through everything!
