I have been coming here for years and have never had an issue until the new manager took over. Mary was always extremely personable, professional, and quick to resolve any concerns. (If there even were any!). Unfortunately, I am unsure of the new manager’s name, but her attitude/tone was condescending and dismissive, as if I knew nothing and she was above me simply because I am a patient. Novant Health Imaging University City - I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Very low lighting in the office, unpleasant people with no compassion for their patients, inconsiderate. I gave it a 1 star because I couldn’t do 0!!!!!
