I won't return to this imaging center unless I don't have another choice. I have to get additional images due to the findings of my annual mammogram. My actual doctor requested bilateral images after reviewing the findings. I inquired about her order because the scheduler mentioned only doing one breast. I received a follow up call regarding this and a woman (Lisa M.) called me back with a very condescending scolding tone. My mother had a negative experience here with getting her mammogram done. The old white lady who does it is rough and unprofessional and luckily my mother handled it professionally instead of handling it the way my aunt or a few others would have. I strongly suggest you train your nurses how to have proper bedside manner to prevent things from escalating because of ignorant staffers. DO NOT GO HERE!
