I went in for cat scans twice this week. First of all, their efficiency was impressive. I literally spent 3 minutes registering and making my co-payment, then walked back to have the cat scan which took no more than 10 minutes. The two staff members that assisted me were both friendly and well informed as they explained the process. When I was done, I simply walked out, no need to check out. I won't return to this imaging center unless I don't have another choice. I have to get additional images due to the findings of my annual mammogram. My actual doctor requested bilateral images after reviewing the findings. I inquired about her order because the scheduler mentioned only doing one breast. I received a follow up call regarding this and a woman (Lisa M.) called me back with a very condescending scolding tone.
