Amazing!! Brittany was my tech and she was very caring and kind. I never felt rushed and she was very gentle.
I came for a bi-lateral breast ultrasound and the best part of my experience was my brief encounter with Doctor Jimoh, she was nice and caring. I immediately told my husband, I think US tech wasn’t as professional as the doctor, she even pushed my hand to the side when it was near my breast. It’s possible she didn’t mean to be aggressive. Very nice facility. The staff were all professional, friendly and helpful
I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my first ever MRI breast scan. From the moment I arrived, the lack of professionalism and empathy was glaring. The technician had zero bedside manner. After only 10 minutes into the scan, the technician abruptly stopped and wheeled me out of the machine to tell me I needed to reschedule because I was apparently breathing too heavily, was having muscle spasms or was 'too nervous'.
