I had an incredibly disappointing experience during my first ever MRI breast scan. From the moment I arrived, the lack of professionalism and empathy was glaring. The technician had zero bedside manner. After only 10 minutes into the scan, the technician abruptly stopped and wheeled me out of the machine to tell me I needed to reschedule because I was apparently breathing too heavily, was having muscle spasms or was 'too nervous'. They x-ray our daughters hips and come back with “the pants might have been in the way”…. This is an extreme waste of my family’s time and money. And obviously not ideal for my daughter, as time is wasted without proper answers. Sounds like morons at the wheel. If that’s even a remote possibility, then have the parent remove the pants. A 2 second step to get something correct.

Greg demonstrated kind and caring professionalism and bedside manner during the entirety of my MRI. My wait time was not long and everybody was extremely pleasant. I would use this location again.
