I was very disappointed to be told this was the only Novant facility that we could go to for an MRI. I find that very hard to believe that out of all the Novant facilities this is the only one that that could do a MRI of the hip. But nevertheless we drove 2 hours for the MRI. The facility itself was nice as well as the employees . Unfortunately I was also not told that a 3rd party would be reading the MRI. I was in your facility Monday and I have a special needs son who is 33. He needed xrays of his knees. He gets frustrated very easily and will resist what is needed to be done. Courtney and Kelsey , the x ray techs there, worked so hard with him. They went above and beyond in getting those images. Thinking outside the box for positioning etc. Please commend them. They deserve recognition for a job well done!
I highly recommend Novant Imaging!! Thanks to the staff there, especially, Justin and Courtney, for making my visit comfortable.
Novant Health imaging museum is a great facility. The staff is always pleasant and organized, get you right in and out. The office is clean and calm. I recommend. Novant museum for your imaging needs .
“I was in the waiting room for a mammo. and i overheard a tech come from the back and get on the front desk lady, Destiny, about a patient, who arrived 2 mins past her appt time. Destiny checked her in and the tech was unhappy about it and saying that there was a full schedule and that no late patients should be checked in.
