My visit and results from last week are not even listed on mynovant portal. The mammogram tech was cold, aggressive, and just treated me like a number rather than a human being.
Before you sign any papers, please make sure that you read everything, I’ve been receiving bills nonstop over and over again after everything was paid in full, and now our last bill that game show him that you have only 15 days to pay it without explaining what is the bill for! Please make sure please make sure you read what you sign. They are scamming people scammers. Just ridiculous.
My name is Elijah I had a scan here of my neck this morning and I was super stressed and I was running a little behind and I was upset :( Pam was so so so comforting and nice to me made me feel so much better and still got me in for my appointment even though it was too late thank you Pam!!
Showed up well before closing ours and X-ray technician “left early”.. drove an hour to get here.
I won't come here again. I made the mistake and scheduled at the wrong location and didn't realize it until I walked through the door, which by that time was too late. Still dont have my test results. Other locations had results, same day. I will make sure not to pick this location again.
