Husband went in for an MRI of his back on a Tuesday afternoon. It’s 1:15 the following Monday and we were just informed that no one has read the MRI yet. He’s on hydrocodone for pain. Yes, the website for Novant imaging says your tests will be read in 24-72 hours. Obviously this isn’t true. Just like the other reviewer said, no one we’ve talked to seems to be at all concerned. We scheduled the MRI at Clemmons because it’s closer to home. If he has another one we will drive farther and hope for quicker test results.

Went in for a Brain MRI on Sunday. Today is Thursday. The films haven’t even been looked at by a Radiologist yet. Absolutely unacceptable. Never in a million years would I have gotten such an important and expensive test done at a location where the turn around time was this long. When I have called and inquired on any updates you would think I was calling asking about the status of a pair of socks I ordered online. Uncaring & Cold. I would not recommend.
