I can’t begin to explain my frustration with the Mid-Wife & Dr. working the evening/night of Thursday September 18, & the horrifying experience of my Daughter’s baby delivery. In a nutshell, they have very little patience for long term labor & delivery, & focus on how much more money they make by performing an unnecessary C-Section. DO NOT HAVE YOUR BABY AT THIS HOSPITAL! This was the worst experience of my life and I am still having nightmares. My baby was doing just fine with a strong heartbeat and I had progressed from 3CM to 5CM quickly after my epidural. My husband and mom briefly left my room to grab some food and it was just my sister and I. My sister stepped out for the hospitals midwife Brittney Horne to complete a crevical check. Absolutely unacceptable performance, my wife checked into the ER with signs and red flags for appendicitis. The staff was sloppy and unprofessional, minus the CT and ultrasound Tech. The staff drew blood from her IV for standard Labs 2 times, but on the second did not even label or collect the specimens and left them in the room. They also brought in a n EKG machine and did not even hook her up to test. There was also the fluids (saline) that they hooked to her IV and did not even administer. I have been sent to the cardiovascular lab here twice. First for a diagnostic venogram and then to place a stent in my iliac vein. Both times the staff was very kind and professional. One nurse stood out and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. I do not remember her name unfortunately. I would recommend coming here because they make you feel safe and at ease. ~Kasey Shipton 8/31/25~
