This is the worst led emergency in charlotte I have been sitting in a room for 2 hrs waiting for for doctors to come now come McKenzie D she is a nurse and Katie they are being racism they don’t want to talk to me and my husband. We had to leave with our son .
What a terrible experience. Very poor hygiene (doctor was touching her gloves to her hair then touching around wound among other things). Doctor was combative and rude, insulting. She was not good with children. Other employees were kind and we appreciated them so much. We needed up leaving due to this being such a sketchy and poor place.
Impressive hospital. Obviously, you never want to have to take your child to any ER, but I've found this one to be the most competent and courteous, particularly when it comes to kids.
Do NOT come here. They don’t treat minorities the same as everyone else. They deleted my previous comment.
