Don’t bother. Go to atrium instead. If you HAVE to go to this ER for your child and get Dr. Richards assigned to your child ask for someone else. Some nurses are also super rude. Thankfully the majority of the nurses are kind.

This is the place to go if you want the nurses gathering around talking about your child and laughing about their mental health. Oh yes, the doctor onboard was whispering his 2 cents in. I’m definitely taking this to a higher authority with proof. Carly, Victoria, 2 others plus the Dr.V. Don’t allow these unprofessional people to see your child.

Wendy and the team helped care for our 3 year old son after he gashed his head open and we are so thankful for all of them. We were seen quickly, everyone was so kind, patient and understanding. They helped him feel so comfortable during a bad circumstance and we are so grateful for the team. Thank you all for making a difficult situation better.

I just called and tried to get the wait time and they didn’t want to give it to me. So I said okay…. Is it busy? He says “I’m sorry I can’t give out that information” sounds like they want you to come and wait all night instead of scaring you away with the wait time. Last time I went I waited two hours before my son was seen.

Let's start with the staff. They all were so sweet and patient. Not like some othe nurses we had to visit on other floors here. They all were kind and helpful. I had a place to sleep. It made a very uncomfortable stay as at home as possible. Didn't want to be here but the experience went well. We are still here.😮‍💨
