The staff and doctors I have interacted with are great, but they are so slow to respond to prescription refills/prior authorizations. I have been trying to reach my doctor for almost 2 weeks now (messaging within MyChart and calling) for a prior authorization for a medication that actually helps with my headaches/migraines, but its so hard to get the medication consistently due to the VERY slow response time. This is not the first time it has happened and I am looking for other doctors/clinics instead of returning here.
Very professional. The staff is always nice. Kesha was great yesterday. Felicia is wonderful. Dr. Jackson is always professional and kind. She listens to me and answers all my questions. She always makes me feel like she cares and that I'm not just another patient.
