I have had a great prenatal + postpartum experience with this location. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Rochelle has been extra wonderful recently for my postpartum journey. I appreciate her kindness she is great at listening and putting you at ease. Also Dr Ellins is amazing I don’t know how anyone could give her a bad review!
I left Dr. Ellins’ office feeling dismissed, judged, and completely unheard. After being diagnosed with a rare, life-altering condition (1 in 10,000), I came to my appointment seeking compassionate care and expert guidance. I had done extensive research and brought recommendations directly from a retired physician who authored the only NIH-backed studies on my condition. I’m currently pregnant with my second baby so this was not my first time at this OBGYN, but was the first and LAST time I will be seen by Dr. Elins. She was very quick to tell me I smelled like smoke (my husband is and has been a smoker since he was 18, he’s 34) then had the audacity to ask me what type of birth control I was getting after I delivered my baby in 6 months! We have enjoyed our time at this location so far, but did not have a good experience with Hillary Elins. Her behavior, unfounded accusations, and statements were shocking to us. She aggressively quizzed us about our older son's medical care and past providers (HIPPA violation), and made it very clear that she did not respect us or our choices. Would not recommend her, and we will not be seeing her again.
