If you are thinking of coming here for any reason I would check the reviews. This was my wife's 2nd pregnancy and their treatment was so bad she had broken down in the lobby. We are now over half way through our pregnancy, their records department said their policy is 30 days to transfer records. We havent had half of my wife's test done, her doc will just call out sick. Review the past few reviews. Notice how their customer car is dropping.
Second pregnancy with them, and second poor experience. Currently 25 weeks pregnant and I feel like I've completely fallen through the cracks. Ive yet to have an anatomy scan, gestational appropriate fetal health screenings, and my last blood test or diagnostic was almost 10 weeks ago. Terrible experience from start to finish! I was told by the nurse that I had a 15 minute appointment and would only be able to talk about my infertility concerns, and the doctor probably wouldn’t have time to address my irregular periods. Doctor Elins showed lack of empathy or compassion when discussing my three year journey to try and get pregnant. I have had a great prenatal + postpartum experience with this location. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Rochelle has been extra wonderful recently for my postpartum journey. I appreciate her kindness she is great at listening and putting you at ease. Also Dr Ellins is amazing I don’t know how anyone could give her a bad review!
I left Dr. Ellins’ office feeling dismissed, judged, and completely unheard. After being diagnosed with a rare, life-altering condition (1 in 10,000), I came to my appointment seeking compassionate care and expert guidance.
