It was the best care during my prenatal appointments. I love the staff and hospitals at Novant Health.
I went to this practice for 24 weeks and never saw a doctor. Staff is apathetic at best. Most seem like they're annoyed by your presence. I decided to leave after they called to cancel my appointment an hour before I was set to arrive-never once said "sorry." I wouldn't recommend this practice to any expecting Mothers.
Dr Van Kooten, Katherine, & Erosa were very warm & welcoming for my first prenatal appointment after transferring from a different practice. I felt heard and understood!
Coming here to speak about my most recent experience in this office! After noticing bleeding at 38 weeks pregnant I was sent by an on call to L&D, sent home after an hour saying nothing was wrong. I could not walk myself out of the hospital without sobbing, the security guard thought I was going upstairs when he got me a chair. I ended up passing out 20 minutes after returning home and being put in an ambulance to go to another hospital.
