Ive been established with Novant gyno for 5 years, my doctors decided to leave and basically I'm back to square one with them. I am left with needing my prescriptions refilled, treatment is now set back to square one bc the new providers have no idea what's going on, and Novant has no appointments until December to even get reestablished/treatment and prescriptions. Dr. Russell is one of the best Obgyn I’ve ever had. She has been not only thorough, but she’s also had a wonderful bedside manner. She doesn’t rush through anything and explained every detail through my procedure during and afterwards. She has also been understanding with my anxiety and panic attack disorder and didn’t make me feel weird at all..I can tell she genuinely cares for her patients.. I will continue to use her for all my needs and hopefully one day to care for me during pregnancy! Thanks Dr Russell!
It was the best care during my prenatal appointments. I love the staff and hospitals at Novant Health.
I went to this practice for 24 weeks and never saw a doctor. Staff is apathetic at best. Most seem like they're annoyed by your presence. I decided to leave after they called to cancel my appointment an hour before I was set to arrive-never once said "sorry." I wouldn't recommend this practice to any expecting Mothers.
