The warm care you receive when you’re feeling unwell is greatly appreciated. Every time I visit, the staff is very kind, and the diagnosis is always accurate.
The provider was awesome, kind and very helpful. I was in a lot of pain. I wish he could be my PCP. I honestly appreciate him.
To make a very annoying story short, I was treated as a drug seeker because I needed a refill on my LEXAPRO. Anxiety medication. 5mg. Something you cannot get high off of. I have done this before at other locations not related to novant due to not being able to find a GP with open slots. Waste of money, they act like prescriptions are impossible to give out. I basically came in with a sinus infection and ear ache. Was sent home with absolutely NOTHING. Not even advice, saw Binita Binaya, she’s a recent college grad. I won’t be back, symptoms worsened and they said I need to come in and pay to be seen again. Very incompetent staff!
