It was quick and easy!
At this location they do not “do car accidents” according to the front desk woman. I was given money by the other parties insurance to cover medical. Don’t bother with this location or Novant in general if you don’t want to pay upfront. They’ll also look at you crazy for even suggesting it. I would give zero stars if I could. This car accident has been the worst week of my life and people being rude to me on top of it wasn’t exactly helpful. I walked in with a friendly attitude and was not met with the same respect.
