To make a very annoying story short, I was treated as a drug seeker because I needed a refill on my LEXAPRO. Anxiety medication. 5mg. Something you cannot get high off of. I have done this before at other locations not related to novant due to not being able to find a GP with open slots. Waste of money, they act like prescriptions are impossible to give out. I basically came in with a sinus infection and ear ache. Was sent home with absolutely NOTHING. Not even advice, saw Binita Binaya, she’s a recent college grad. I won’t be back, symptoms worsened and they said I need to come in and pay to be seen again. Very incompetent staff! The doctor at the Highwoods location is not knowledgeable and does not care about much other than booking additional appointments. I went in for a cold that had already turned into a sinus infection 6 days in and she tells me that I should just use over the counter medicine for now and it will clear up. I call back the office 5 days later- now 10 days in pain from the sinus infection, my entire face, ears, eyes everything was in pain.
