I went in without an appointment but with a lot of dried blood marks and a bandaid. I was hit by an accidental elbow while playing basketball. The folks here were able to help me fairly quickly, and the office and medical staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about how to help me. I came out with six stitches and good next steps for how to heal. Very clean, easy parking and great service. Thank you!
I’ll preface my review by saying that I’ve only ever gone for minor things, nothing crazy. But my experiences here have always been great, before when they were Range, and now under Novant too. The staff have always been super pleasant, and “bedside” manner has been exceptional. I’ve always been seen really quickly and have always felt like the medical pros genuinely gave a damn about my well being. Nice job guys 👍 Glad we have you.
