I have always been pleased with this office. Last week both of my children were sick and they were both able to be seen, and without a wait. Their nurse was so patient with my little one who did not feel good at all, and was very nervous to be there. She took extra time to explain the processes and made him feel so much better. Been here twice before today and had great experience but today was not the case. The young lady who checked me in made me pay co pay even tho I explained I had my deductible and out of pocket met for the year and every where else I have been going says just to tell them and they will make a note and I won't have to pay just to get a refund in a day or two.
