Everyone was so nice. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
I am so grateful they were able to see me today. I managed to test positive for the flu. Ordinarily I am scared to death of dr offices of any nature (yes I know it’s irrational, but here we are) they were so kind, listened to me. Dr Charlene made me feel important, she listened and was patient. They explained everything to me, got my meds called in and were sympathetic to me being sick. I made a visit to this facility because there was a tick on my stomach and I had pulled it off, but wasn’t sure if the head was still embedded in my stomach skin. When I walked in. I told the lady that helped me that I’ll be paying cash for the visit, I them asked her what the cost was for the visit. She told me I paid her, she also stated it could be some additional cost after I see the doctor and I told her that’s fine but whatever it is I need to know before I leave so I can pay the full balance. I visited that clinic for a severe, acute sinusitis. Nurse practitioner Charlene Weaver came for assessment. As a Novant nurse myself, I can tell that she did less than bare minimum. Then she forgot to send prescription to the pharmacy. I had to call and remind them that I was still waiting for the prescription. After that she prescribed wrong medications. I had to call them back. The receptionist told me that Charlene Weaver was not going to do anything about it. When I checked my chart, she wrote a visit summary which had ... read more
