From the assistant at the desk to the NP who saw my daughter for a sports physical, it was a positive experience. Everyone greeted us with smiles and kindness.
Glad the facility was open on Saturday (and during regular "off hrs") vs. usual local Novant dr. office, BUT don't know why I had to pay a $30.00 co pay for a "Novant" urgent care, when I am a "Novant patient".
