Stan is horrible he was extremely rude, had no idea what was going on, and made me feel like an idiot when I went in there and asked for something for my breathing issues after being diagnosed with the hospital for pneumonia. He was so rude to me I had to ask one of the ladies at the desk to sit in on the rest of the appointment with me because I was in so much distress. This man had one of his patients sobbing crying with heavy breathing about to pass out with pneumonia with absolutely no remorse. Don't visit Stan.
Dr. Frank Patrick was fantastic. He really seemed to care about his patients and didn’t view them as transactions. It was a really nice change of pace from what most urgent care clinics are. 10/10 would go here again. Left with a smile on my face.
My neck had been giving me real trouble all day. I decided to go here to get it checked. The staff was nice and greeted me upon arrival. The black lady who saw me was indifferent and she didn’t fully listen to what my issue was. She kept talking over me and barely examined me. She said it was just a muscle sprain and gave me muscles relaxer. I left in pain and discomfort. Bedside manners were not kind or comforting. I’ll take my chances at a different location in the future.
Staff was nice and knowledgeable.
