The provider was very caring and covered all my concerns. The staff and nurse were equally caring.
Had to go to the Novant Urgent due to flu like symptoms. They were prompt, courteous and caring of my urgent medical need. Staff was very nice, got me checked in, did the test needed, saw the doctor and got a chest X-ray to insure no pneumonia. All good
