They are charging $419 plus a $125 follow up fee for an infected ear lobe due to a piercing. The procedure took 5 minutes and the visit took less than 2 minutes. I have called them multiple times to discuss and try to make payment arrangements but they have not returned my call. The message states they only have one person doing their billing so it takes her a while to contact people with inquiries. In the meantime they have turned the account over to collections. I would give Range 0 stars if it was possible. I had a horrible experience. I went in due to pain and was seen by Matt (PA?), who I saw for exactly 5 minutes. He was more concerned about my heart rate than my pain. (Heart rates do increase due to pain and stress.) He shuffled me off to ct scan all the way in Hendersonville and promised to call with the results as soon as he had them. I didn't hear back that night or the next morning, so I went to the office. RecommendedI recently went to range while traveling with my family. The staff, Drs, and PAs were wonderful! It is very apparent that the staff truly cares for the patients that they see.
Range UC staffing, scheduling and telehealth practitioners have been fabulous while i'm ill today and they've even scheduled my follow-up. I know all practitioners are doing the best they can mid-pandemic, but my long time primary provider through Mission sent me to Mission's UC for chest x-rays when their x-ray machine was down (again) and i ended up at Range - so glad that I did. Range staff even texted after my appt to let me know that my meds were called in - why can't all health care look like this?
My 4 year old son got a big irregularly shaped splinter lodged deep in the ball of his foot. After trying everything under the sun while he kicked, cried and fought against me, I gave up and called his pediatrician. Since it was Saturday, she suggested I take him to urgent care and recommended Range. I was nervous to take him anywhere in the current COVID world, let alone urgent care. Despite us showing up close to closing on a Sunday evening, the staff were super friendly and helpful with my child and the cut he had on his face. They were so empathetic and kind. I highly recommend!
The kind and caring staff at Range Urgent Care helped me today when no one else would, not even my PCP. I highly recommend this facility and its competent and compassionate staff.
This is the best urgent care I have ever went to. All of the staff were so wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
